Ventilation/dehumidification — the silent 24/7 load, with heat recovery. Part of the glass family — like our glass BESS, biogas plant and CHP.
> The cell temperature at the NTC resistor is a critical parameter for monitoring the thermal state of individual cells within a battery energy storage system (BESS). According to IEC 62619, precise temperature management defines the lifespan of the electrodes and prevents thermal runaway. A stable measured value in the cab_temp register is the technical basis for the battery management system (BMS) to calculate the State of Health (SoH).
cab_temp This wizard is linked to a real register. The value is read as read-only and calculated in-house — nothing leaves the plant. The value runs inside the container.

Monitored: continuous
The scenario: > Monitored: continuously · Interconnected sensors The scenario: one point remains too hot for a long period, the cell there ages faster, its lifespan is shortened without anyone noticing immediately. The AI: identifies the deviating sensor and distinguishes cooling issues from cell problems. It detects the trend before the limit value is reached.
Stable cell temperatures minimise chemical degradation and ensure long-term profitability through a higher number of usable charge cycles. Precise monitoring via cab_temp allows for slowing down the degradation rate. This significantly extends the economic lifespan of the BESS and secures the ROI. Continuous operation above optimum (K) → — K above optimum Calculation path: Rule of thumb: every +10 K ≈ half of the calendar life
